Wingn69, sounds to me like the seal opened or wore off on the bottom of your windshield.

General H4 Discussion
After changing the windshield twice with no luck, they pulled down the headliner, soaped up the roof and blew air from the inside until they located the leak along the passenger side roof seam seal.

The door seals on my 04 had shrunk and were letting water in at the top of the frame.

Start the truck and with all windows closed and the blower motor on high spray soapy water around any suspect areas on outside and look for bubbles.

I had to silicone the mess out of them.
But this is the only way to get rid of the stink. Can't believe that a car that was so expensive has such a ridiculous problem that GM won't fix.

passenger side door jam- where the firewall is spot welded to the door pillar that the door hangs on- the factory missed a 1 inch spot of seam sealer about 5 inches down from the black plastic cowl cover. You can make any vehicle leak, so spray it like it's raining!

I pulled them all the way off, glued them back on w/ the gm sealant in the black tube.
Also the rubber grommets under the 2 outer marker lights i think where most leak because they are in the channel/gutter on the roof.

Other than the soothing warmth there's nothing to make the driver or passenger think their seats are out of the ordinary!
I guess I will start with the marker lights, then on to the sun roof drain.

ok if its just when sitting and it is just the passengers rear floor pan wet and the passenger front seat floor is bone dry then one of the passenger door seals are letting water in or the doors are out of adjustment.if its sitting still when water . Only took me about 5 minutes.
I took some black weather stripping sealant pulled down the headliner and with a garden hose found the leak and smeared the sealant.
We'll I'll tell you why mine has gotten wet, if you have had a windshield replaced there may be a place that did not seal all the way. axle and caliber replaced along with Hi.
Sometimes it's a twist in the body.
I recently let my youngest daughter use it for school as we live in a rural area with excessive rock slides and harsh road conditions as it is the safest car I own.
We just had rain last weekend.
Hi check the 3 center marker lights gaskets.

Spray foam glass cleaner on the outside of the windshield.

Each time, the customer would return and tell us about his leak.
This season I have noticed a puddle in the driver side rear floor board.

Here is how I.
Our's did the same thing after a hard rain.
I currently play a towel on the floor to absorb the water daily and replace it once home.

After quizzing the customer, I learned that he parked in a downwards slope in his driveway.
Maybe if we filed a class action lawsuit they would think about fixing it!

I guess when you consider all the other problems I'm having with my DREAM car, the leak is minor.
The car currently has 250000 miles and I plan on keeping the vehicle as I enjoy owning it less the water issue.
I had a small leak In the back from the lights above the rear window.
